I'm now a Certified Solution Designer for MAM 7.1

Few weeks ago I have achieved the IBM Certified Solution Designer certification for Maximo Asset Management V7.1.
It's now time for a little self-celebration.


I strongly encourage you all to take a look at IBM Certify website and search for Maximo under Tivoli Software professional certifications.

    why you didn't take 7.5 certifications instead ?

      The Solution Designer designer certification is currently available only on 7.1.
      This is the list of Maximo certifications as of 7 June 2012.

      Associate - Maximo Asset Management V7.1
      Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V6.2
      Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.1
      Deployment Professional - Tivoli Process Automation Engine V7.5
      Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.5
      Solution Advisor - Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Solutions V2

      The details of the test are available at this link: http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/ovr005.shtml
      The objectives tab gives a very detailed list of all the concepts that can be asked during the test.
      Go through this list and and study the arguments you are not confident with.
      Redbooks (see Test information tab) and product InfoCenter are the best source of information.
